À propos de la formation
This training is based on Ira Seidenstein’s method of Four Articulation for Performance. It invites performers to rediscover play, curiosity and presence through the physical language of clowning. Using movement, rhythm and impulse-based improvisation, participants explore how the body reveals emotion, humour and vulnerability. Through guided exercises for duos and group, we will develop authentic clown moments rooted in awareness, honesty and connection. The training blends elements of contemporary circus, acting and non-verbal theatre, helping artists unlock creativity, refine timing and build a stronger relationship with the audience. This workshop is suitable both for professional and less experienced performers.
